- Start your day with clarity — know the mission and priorities.
- Define clear wins for you or your team early.
- Coach instead of command = ask smart questions.
- Protect 90 minutes for your most important work.
- Recognise small wins — important for you & other people do notice.
- Reset after lunch — don’t let the day drift.
- Reflect before you finish — did you lead or just manage?
